How can we help?

Email hello@atreminder.com and you'll get a reply from the person who built the app — usually within a day or two. The answers below cover the most common questions first.

Reminders aren't firing when I arrive

How accurate is the 100-metre radius?

Geofencing uses Apple's CoreLocation region monitoring, and real-world accuracy depends on your surroundings — GPS, Wi-Fi and cell coverage all play a part. In dense areas triggers are usually prompt; in sparse coverage they can lag. Pro lets you widen a place's radius (up to 1 km), which makes triggers more forgiving.

Restoring a Pro purchase

On a new phone, or after reinstalling: open the paywall from Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account you bought Pro with. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not to a device.

Cancelling or refunding a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ @Reminder Pro to cancel. For refunds, use Apple's process at reportaproblem.apple.com — we can't process refunds directly.

iCloud sync

Sync is optional and uses your own iCloud account. If places aren't appearing on a second device, check that both devices are signed into the same Apple Account and that iCloud is enabled for @Reminder in iOS Settings ▸ your name ▸ iCloud ▸ Saved to iCloud.

Exporting or deleting my data

Your data lives on your device and in your iCloud account — nowhere else. Delete individual places inside the app, or delete the app to remove all local data. If you enabled iCloud sync, you can clear the app's iCloud data via iOS Settings ▸ your name ▸ iCloud.

Write to hello@atreminder.com with the iOS version and what you expected to happen — screenshots help. Feature ideas are welcome too; several shipped features started as support emails.
